    New Year Goals. We all pledge to improve once January 1st comes and by the end of February most of us fall off track and forget the New Us. So how do we make sure we become better each year?     Celebrated my birthday this past Tuesday. The fact (or myth?) that the world will be ending in a few weeks gave me an excuse to kind of go all out. Or just out.
